Review: Want to add a little of the real Christmas story to your kids or grandchildren’s Christmas? This heartwarming story of a donkey who lived at the time of Christ will be watched again and again. My grandkids are grown up, but I bought it for a coworker who had seen it once on TV but wanted her kids to see it again.

Review: If you are looking for a biblically based movie for your Littles, this is it. Our 6 year old daughter loved this movie the first time she watched it, so naturally when we saw it for sale on Prime Video, we had to purchase it. I am so thankful we have a platform where we can stream good content for our family at a reasonable price!

Title: Wht a great little movie!
Review: Very pleasantly surprised to find this cute, animated movie that actually honors the Biblical narrative concerning the birth of Jesus Christ. I mean, for example people actually prayed to God above vs just wishing or hoping or “believing in themselves.” They turned to God and by faith trusted Him! How wonderful to see that in a movie made nowadays. The animals were cute, humorous diversion from the scary reality of the baby Jesus’ planned murder. I must say that I don’t agree with some of the interpretations made concerning the timing of the wisemen’s arrival nor the murder plot…both which I believe are biblically supported to have occurred some time later after the birth of Christ…maybe as much as a year or two following His but. But, regardless, we really enjoyed this movie and will recommend it to our family and friends. Good job Sony pictures. Thank you for a great move!
