Beetlejuice Beetlejuice Domestic openings grossing over $100 million

After months of speculation and much hype through effective marketing, Beetlejuice Beetlejuice is here, and to put it simply… it's dominating the box office. Although the film itself is somewhat of a mixed bag and has received a lot of mixed reviews from fans, its success at the box office is already quite evident. With a domestic gross of around $110 million and a global gross of around $145 million, the film is well on its way to turning a profit. With a budget of around $100 million, Beetlejuice Beetlejuice It needs to earn $250-300 million globally to even break even. Based on what it has earned so far, it is expected to lose around $-75 million in its opening. If we consider that on average, films make around a third of their total box office in their global opening, that means we could be looking at a Beetlejuice Beetlejuice It will gross between $400-500 million, which will be a huge win for Warner Bros. and everyone else involved.

Some people are speculating that Beetlejuice Beetlejuice It could see a huge drop in sales in the second weekend, as the film seems to have been pretty front-loaded, with most people flocking to see it before reviews and spoilers potentially spoil some of the fun. While this could theoretically happen, it seems unlikely as the film remains strong in its day-to-day and is outperforming in some ways. Its $110 million total is well above industry estimates, which were around $80 million, and it's still above its post-opening adjusted projection, which was set at around $90 million. Essentially, the film is outperforming every single “professional projection” even after adjustments are made. This is usually a sign of a strong film, and it's likely we'll see it continue into the week and even hold up into next weekend.see no Evil Hopefully it will start off solid, but nothing special will happen), there is a strong possibility Beetlejuice Beetlejuice Will be successful in winning the top spot next weekend also.

According to the-numbers.com, This weekend's top 5 At the household level there were:

  1. Beetlejuice Beetlejuice ($110 million as of new release)
  2. deadpool and wolverine (Drop of 53% in 7th weekend)
  3. Reagan (Drop of 32% in the second weekend)
  4. Alien: Romulus (Drop of 58% in the fourth weekend)
  5. it ends with us (Drop of 49% in 5th weekend)

Reagan Strong hold is visible, but still there is a possibility of money loss

Many people have given information about the film ReaganWhich was the lowest performer of the previous weekend. The film held a strong 32% in the second week, which in most cases would be a good sign of a long run in the future. Reagan It's that it had a pretty weak opening, and the reported budget of around $25 million is so high that it's highly unlikely to break even. With a two-week total of around $18,531,480, I'd guess that the film will likely only make between $26,473,543 and $37,062,960. If it lands between these two numbers, that would mean a loss of around -$15-25 million. However, it still has the potential to make money post-theater, with VOD, physical media, and streaming rights being potentially lucrative, but it still has a long way to go before it reaches that point. Overall, Reagan's The second week's hold is strong, but not enough to make it a success, as the opening weekend was very small.
